Adrian joined BNP Paribas in December 2011 as GlobalHead of Institutional FX Sales. He additionally became Global Head of Institutional LM (Local Markets) sales in J anuary 2014. He was then appointed to co-lead the Foreign Exc hange and Local Markets (FXLM) business in its entirety in J anuary 2015 before becoming Co -Head of FXLM and Commodity Derivatives in August of 2016. Adrian is a member of both the European Central Bank's FX Contact Group and of the Bank of England's FX J oint Steering Committee. He is also a member of the Market Participants Group that has been working alongside a number of centralbanks globally on the FX GlobalSingle Code of Conduct. Prior to BNP Paribas, Adrian worked at HSBC Bank plc as Head of Foreign Exc hange Sales, EMEA, and in that role was responsible for the distribution of FX to all c lient groups - Institutional, Corporate and MME /SME. He joined HSBC in J une 2004 from Goldman Sac hs where he had spent 10 years in InstitutionalFX Sales working in London and al so Hong Kong during the Asian currency crisis in 1998. In addition to his responsibilities within GlobalMarkets, Adrian is Co -Chair of MixCity, the employee -led network aimed at helping promote gender diversity at BNP Paribas. Adrian has a First Class J oint Honours Degree in French and Russian from Oxford University.
