Alain Kamagi is the Co-founder & Managing Partner of UNTL, an investment firm specializing in foreign exchange and currency overlay strategies. With over 35 years of FX and capital markets experience. Previously, he was a Managing Director at HSBC, leading FX and fixed- income teams for central banks, hedge funds, and multinational corporations. Before that, he held senior roles at Republic National Bank, where he established the Mexico subsidiary Treasury Desk and led FX options trading in New York. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston and is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, and Arabic.
