Blair Hawthorne is the CEO and Founder of LoopFX, an institutional FX liquidity network specialising in matching large outright FX trades, providing Asset Managers and Banks with mid-point matching without information leakage. Prior to founding LoopFX, Blair was a senior FX trading practitioner at abrdn, where firsthand experience trading large tickets shaped his focus on market structure and execution challenges. He has led LoopFX from concept through commercial partnerships and live rollout, including integrations with major institutional FX workflows such as State Street’s FX Connect, FactSet’s Portware & FlexTrade.
