Brooke Bauer

With a 21-year tenure at J.P. Morgan, Brooke currently serves as Head of Americas Rates & Fixed Income Financing e-Sales. In this role, she leads a dynamic team driving electronic sales strategy and client engagement across the region. Her career at the firm is marked by a series of leadership roles. Most recently, she was Head of Americas Hedge Fund FICC e-Sales, where she also oversaw global eFX distribution. Prior to joining e-Sales, Brooke spent one year managing a hybrid FX voice/E sales team and eight years on the voice FX sales desk covering Real Money clients. Her expertise is grounded in a comprehensive understanding of the business, having started her career in the firm’s Internal Consulting Services program—a two-year rotational experience spanning multiple business lines. She then spent two years in the rates middle office, gaining invaluable front-to-back knowledge of trade operations before transitioning to sales. Brooke is a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, via the Kenan-Flagler undergraduate business program.
