Carlos Gomez Gascon

Head of Macro Algorithmic Execution J.P. Morgan

Carlos Gomez Gascon has worked in algo execution on the sell side since he started his career in 2008. In addition to heading FX Algorithmic Execution, Mr Gascon currently leads orders execution for JP Morgan across Macro (FX/Rates/Commodities). Prior to JP Morgan, Mr Gascon had experience in algorithmic execution in Equities, working for Goldman Sachs. He is currently based in New York where he relocated four years ago from London. Mr Gascon holds an MSc in Mathematical Trading from Cass Business School (UK), an MSc in Image Processing from Telecom Paristech (France) and an Electrical Engineering degree from the Universidad Politecnica (Spain).
