Christopher Soriano

Christopher Soriano is an Executive Director and heads up Cash Emerging Markets for CME Group. Chris and his team are responsible for managing and growing EBS’ EM business and ensuring that clients business needs are met globally. Chris has held various roles within EBS, including senior roles in both Product Management and Sales. Prior to relocating back to the US in 2015 Chris was stationed in Singapore for 13 years where he and his team launched NDFs on EBS. Chris has served on various central bank committees around the globe and is a current standing member on the Canadian Foreign Exchange Committee. Before joining EBS in 1999, Chris worked for Reuters in New York, where he was a main contributor to both the development and launch of the Reuters Forward Matching platform. Chris started his career at NatWest Bank, where he worked as a forward currency trader.
