Daniel Stewart runs the Macro trading desk for the Americas at Schonfeld, focusing on FX, rates and credit trading across relative value, directional and volatility strategies. Daniel joined the firm in early 2022 when Schonfeld first launched its Discretionary Macro and Fixed Income strategy. Prior to that, he was a cross-asset trader at GIC and at Balyasny Asset Management. He began his career at Morgan Stanley on the FX Emerging Markets desk. For the last three years, Daniel has co-run the NextGen Council for EMpower - The Emerging Markets Foundation. He earned a degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
