Gianjorge De la Cruz Flores is CF & FX Strategy Lead at Inchcape Americas, leading the regional foreign exchange risk management strategy across the Americas and overseeing the design and execution of FX hedging strategies across multiple brands and markets. He partners with senior finance leadership and Treasury teams to support strategic decision-making through robust FX governance, disciplined hedging frameworks, and scenario-based risk analysis, managing annual exposures of more than GBP 2.2 billion. Gianjorge has played a key role in major business integrations and the standardization of treasury practices across multiple markets, strengthening risk oversight and financial performance. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidad de Lima.
