Jim Norcott

James Norcott is a Managing Director and Global Head of Sales for FX Connect, State Street’s multi-bank FX trading platform. In this role, James leads a global team of sales executives responsible for managing and developing client relationships. He is also actively involved in FX industry events with a focus on strategic thought leadership discussions.

James joined State Street in 2007 in the professional development program (PDP) and started on the FX Connect support team in 2008. He made the transition to the sales team in 2010 and has been in his current role since 2017.

James graduated from the University of Rhode Island, where he played four years of varsity baseball, with a bachelor of arts degree in Marketing.
