Jim Norcott Jr.

Jim is a Managing Director, Head of the Americas Client Acquisition team for GlobalLink. In his current role, Jim leads a team of sales executives who are responsible for developing client relationships, and selling the GlobalLink suite of products. He is also an active participant in industry events with a focus on strategic thought leadership discussions. Jim joined State Street in 2007 in the professional development program (PDP) and started on the FX Connect support team in 2008. He made the transition to the sales team in 2010, and eventually lead the global sales team from 2018 until transition into his current role in 2022. Jim graduated from the University of Rhode Island, where he played 4 years of varsity baseball, with a B.A. in Marketing.
