Vinay Trivedi

Vinay is an entrepreneurial Business Strategy Leader who has strong experience in taking early-stage business/ideas to fruition stage.

In his recent work, he led the successful sale transaction of the "MaxxTrader" business by FlexTrade Systems to Singapore Exchange (SGX). Vinay joined the "MaxxTrader" product line of FlexTrade Systems in 2014 and turned it into an independent highly successful business with unprecedented growth in double-digit multiples. Today MaxxTrader is a leading enterprise solution provider for FX & Digital Asset trading serving top-tier banks, brokers, and hedge funds across 45+ countries.

Post-acquisition, as Chief Operating Officer, Vinay is working to take the "MaxxTrader" business to even greater heights under the SGX umbrella by realizing the synergies across various business and product lines within SGX Group.

Vinay began his career as a trader in FX and interest rate at Bank of Bahrain & Kuwait and later FX Options at Reliance Industries in India. At Integral Development Corporation, Vinay led and developed the business in Asia Pacific for Institutional Sales where in addition to devising successful market entry strategies into new markets especially in South Asia, he provided daily market commentary to senior traders, treasury heads and regulators. Subsequently, in his role as the subject matter expert for SEF, he launched Integral’s ‘InvestorFX’ product for the real money investors.

Vinay has an MBA in Finance and Finance Management from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and a certified FRM. He is based in Singapore.
