Nan Xiao is the Chief Technology and Data Officer at Greenland Capital Management, where she leads the firm’s strategy across data, AI, and intelligence systems. She oversees the full technology and analytics stack that connects investment research, risk, and operations into a continuous intelligence layer. Prior to Greenland, Nan co-founded and led healthcare technology startups focused on machine learning and big data, driving innovation at the intersection of ML and real-world data. Earlier in her career, she served as VP of Infrastructure at Tradeweb, rebuilding large-scale fixed-income trading systems, and as an Analyst in Fixed Income at Goldman Sachs, developing mission-critical trading platforms. Nan holds two Master of Engineering degrees from Cornell University—in Computer Science and in Electrical and Computer Engineering—and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai University.
